Inventory Tabs

The tabs available in the Inventory module include:

  • Details: General descriptive information about the inventory item including identification, Cost/Charge information, status indicators, auto-update indicators, and last order information.

  • Locations: Summary of the inventory available in each stock room, with the ability to modify said quantities and add a new stock room for the item if needed. A tab is also available that specifies location in the Asset List for Rotating/Serialized items.

  • Vendors: Vendors from which the item can be purchased.

  • Related Info: Specifications associated with the inventory item and alternate items that can be used.

  • Attach: Documents and/or notes attached to the inventory item.

  • Where Issued: Assets with which the inventory item has been associated.

  • Transactions: Reports listing the individual transactions behind stock room inventory for the item. Sub-tabs are available, listing specific types of transactions, including issues, receipts, transfers, adjustments, rotations, reserved, direct issues, and on order.
